At Timberstone, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
